Refund policy

Cancellations 30 days or more before your trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 15-29 days with Trip Protection will receive a full refund. If you have not purchased Trip Protection you will receive a gift card to use for a future reservation.

Cancellations within 1-14 days no refund with full payment required. With Trip Protection you will be issued a gift card.

Weather cancellations by the captain will receive a full refund.
